In 2019 Mick Fleetwood, of Fleetwood Mac fame, enlisted an all-star cast for a single evening concert honoring the early years of Fleetwood Mac and its founder, Peter Green held on February 25, 2020 at the London, Palladium. This one off concert included performances from Billy Gibbons, David Gilmour, Pete Townshend, John Mayall, Christine McVie, Zak Starkey, Steven Tyler, Bill Wyman, Noel Gallagher, Pete Townshend, Neil Finn, Kirk Hammett and Jeremy Spencer. Legendary producer Glyn Johns joined as the executive sound producer and the house band featured Fleetwood himself along with Andy Fairweather Low, Dave Bronze, Rick Vito, Jonny Lang and Ricky Peterson. The concert was created as a celebration of the early blues days where the band began, recognizing the profound impact Green and Fleetwood Mac had on the world of music.
For hi-res and surround enthusiasts, a 2 CD + 1 Blu-ray 20-page Mediabook edition is available containing HD 2.0 stereo, 5.1 surround and Dolby Atmos. At time of this writing, the resolution of the audio and picture have not been specified. Additionally, a super deluxe box set is also available adding 2 audiophile vinyl long players, plus additional reading and photo materials which was originally sold as a fundraiser pre-pressing wherein fans would have their names printed in the liner notes.
